Rooms and Rates

We have been given the prestigious silver award for the quality of our accommodation in Felixstowe and our public rooms. Our 10 bedroom hotel based in Felistowe, Suffolk UK, has been owned and run by John and Margaret Dugdall with the help of their dedicated staff for 23 years.

Most of the large excellently furnished en-suite bedrooms have sea views. All are fully central heated with hospitality trays, hair dryers and colour televisions.

There is a choice of double, twin or family rooms available. A supplement is charged for single occupancy.

We have two family rooms each with bath and shower, one room has a double bed and a single bed, the other room has a double bed and two single beds. A cot can be provided in either room if required.

A ground floor twin-bedded room with an en-suite shower and toilet is available for guest who find stairs difficult. The room has access onto the front garden where guests may be provided with garden chairs to sit and enjoy the sea air.

Room charges are per night and include a full English breakfast

Please note that our evening meals are, with the exception of our Christmas and Easter breaks, only available between the months of June, July, August and September.
